Information on shipping
Shipping is free for all purchases of equal or greater value to 30 € - for orders with destination within the Italian Republic.
For all orders destined abroad (outside the Italian territory) a variable rate will be applied in relation to the Country of Destination.
(Europe € 9.99 - United States € 14.20 - Canada € 14.20 - South America € 14.80 - Brazil € 18.40 - Australia € 18.50)
The shipping costs must be added to the total ordered and are automatically calculated at the end of the purchase.
For purchases of less than € 30.00 they will be shipping costs of € 6.20 added to the total order.
TIMES AND METHODS
The shipment is made through the services offered by the courier GLS .
Orders placed by 16:00 will be shipped the same day and delivery is scheduled for the same day next business in the Italian Peninsula, in Europe and on the east coast of the USA.
The tracking (shipping number) will be notified directly by the GLS courier to the email address used to place the order.
Delivery times delivery indicated are purely indicative and are in no way binding.
APPROXIMATE TRANSIT TIMING:
Italian Peninsula: 24/48 h from receipt of the email notification from the carrier.
Sicily / Sardinia: 48h from receipt of the email notification from the carrier.
Island of Elba and remote locations 48 / 72h from receipt of the email notification from the carrier .
Europe: FedEx courier 24 h - DHL 48/72 h
“We recommend the presence of an adult as it is necessary Air signature to collect the shipment. We kindly ask our customers to verify the correctness of the delivery address, if your order has been shipped, the change of address has an additional cost of 8.00 euros (GLS practice fee) .
COMPLAINTS
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document , that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps); Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to bioclock.it at info@hebio.it to allow the complaint procedure to be opened.
ATTENTION:
In order to allow the shipper to instruct the practice correctly, the disputed packages must be kept in the state in which the anomaly was detected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Within the European Union ( EU), the goods travel under the " FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS" regime.
THE PRODUCTS SOLD INCLUDE VAT ITALIANA.
For EXTRA EEC countries and other places such as the Canary Islands / Channel Islands - others) the goods may be subject to customs duties, import taxes of the country of destination (such as charges for customs inspections, charges for health checks, etc.) -
THESE COSTS (if any) WILL BE TOTALLY CHARGED TO THE RECIPIENT as the importer.
In case of B usiness to Consumer (B2C) orders, we assume that all products are for use only and not for resale.

READ CAREFULLY:
Personal goods are normally duty free except in Japan / China / Korea / Egypt - however if the package is inspected by the customs authority, the customs office may charge an additional fee for the IMPORT procedure.
Any kind of additional tax will be charged to the importer - this is standard procedure in case of import.
It is not possible to provide an estimate for customs duties / ADDITIONAL TAXES that may be requested by the competent customs office.
Should these costs apply, they must be fully covered and paid by the importer.
Any storage costs / customs duties / health taxes / inspection charges must be fully covered and paid by the customer.

All US shipments are shipped with all required documents to comply with existing FDA legislation. All packages are identified by a notice code and all products within the shipment are registered in the database of the FDA Dept.
Please note that the FDA may ramdonly hold packages, even if all paperwork is provided.
Any storage costs must be fully covered and paid for by the customer.
